Every shadow needs something to follow

and I would like to know of what is shadow this shadow.
and if I were a dream whose dream would I be? I cannot imagine and I certainly would like to know. nonono, that's not your shadow, dear boy. the shadow of yours is a bit red-brownish. this one, as you can see, is a bit bluish. it may be mine, although mine is a bit darker. mmm. what if I'm nobody's dream? nununu, each person is somebody's dream, most of the times, many people's dream at the same time. sure, and yet this shadow is impossible. how about that?

he started asking the girl when was she born (just to distract her, yes)- she replied she was born precisely on her birthday and didn't have anything else to add. but I am still wondering. still wandering around. just looking to the horizon, waiting for something to get closer, to get visible. I open my eyes widely and still just see ocean. wait, stand still. did you see that? something like a big boat over there, or maybe it was a whale or a big fish trying to get some oxygen. ah, 'twas just a wave, sorry.

perhaps if I try to flatten a bit this surface I could have a better idea of the object projecting this shadow. but what if there's no visible object between it and the main source of light? hhh.. found a shadow without an owner.

poor little thing, want to come with me? I won't leave you lying here just to be trodden like that. besides, I really wouldn't mind dragging two shadows over the world. one bluish. the other one a bit darker.
up! follow me. yes, just like that. here we go..

sounds like a loving story for starting a trend on people keeping errant shadows for pet.

greets.
